EU GPSR Compliance

DRAFT · COUNSEL REVIEW PENDING

Ningbo 911 Strobe Light Co., Ltd. (911REP) · Last updated October 25, 2026 · Questions: support@911rep.com

Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety applies to consumer products placed on the EU market from 13 December 2024. This page identifies the economic operator responsible for our products and states what is printed on every unit.

1. Manufacturer

Ningbo 911 Strobe Light Co., Ltd.

Ningbo, Zhejiang, China

Product safety enquiries: support@911rep.com

2. EU Responsible Person

Under Article 16 GPSR, a product may only be placed on the EU market if there is an economic operator established in the EU who is responsible for it.

We are appointing that responsible person. Until the appointment is confirmed, EU buyers should contact us before ordering so we can confirm the position for their shipment in writing — do not assume a declaration is in place.

To request the current responsible-person declaration for a specific order, email support@911rep.com with the models and quantities.

3. Product Identification & Traceability

Every unit carries the model designation and a batch code on the housing label, so a unit in the field can be traced back to its production batch.

Where a model requires a specific marking (SAE, ECE, CE), that marking is moulded or laser-etched on the unit and repeated on the product page.

4. Instructions & Warnings

Each unit ships with an English installation sheet covering wiring, fuse rating, mounting torque and the legal restrictions on use of blue and red warning lights by non-emergency vehicles.

The sheet states the intended use and the installer's responsibility to verify that the installation is lawful in the destination jurisdiction.

5. Reporting a Safety Issue

If a unit shows a safety-relevant fault — overheating, water ingress, housing failure, or a harness that does not match the drawing — email support@911rep.com with the batch code, the model and a photograph.

We treat these reports as priority items and will respond with a containment decision, replacement or recall action as appropriate.
