All orders ship from our own factory in China with tracked, insured carriers. Delivery estimates below are typical; transit times depend on destination customs.
1. Carriers & Service Levels
Standard (fixed rate): DHL / UPS international express, tracked, typically 7–12 business days to the US and EU.
Auto carrier quote: the live carrier rate is calculated when the shipping label is created; the estimate shown at checkout is indicative.
Economy options for bulky lightbars are quoted on request.
2. Made-to-Order Lead Time
In-stock units ship within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order units leave the factory in 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Lead time and transit time add up.
3. Duties & Taxes
US: Section 301 import duties are already included in item prices. State sales tax is added at checkout.
EU: VAT is included in displayed prices and remitted via the IOSS scheme — no additional charges at delivery.
4. Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is accepted by the carrier.
