Register a unit

Every 911REP light carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Register the unit after install and the clock starts from the install date, not the invoice date — and we keep the model, serial and fleet on file, so a claim does not start with twenty questions.

We only use this to service your units and tell you about spares for the models you own.

24 months, repair or replace

At our discretion, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Not covered

Improper installation, wiring faults, reverse polarity, accident, water ingress from a modified housing, unauthorised repair.

Claim in one email

Model, order number, a photo of the unit. Registered units skip the identification step.
