We want you to be confident in every 911REP unit. EU consumers benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we extend comparable terms to US customers.
1. 14-Day Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons.
To exercise the right, email support@911rep.com with your order number. We will confirm with return instructions.
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of withdrawal. You bear the direct return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. US Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
3. Warranty
All products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering repair or replacement at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, wiring faults, accidents, or unauthorized modification.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned goods pass inspection.
Shipping charges are refunded when the return results from our error or a defect.
